2. Currency & Billing

• The final amount charged may vary slightly depending on foreign exchange rates.

You may see a temporary authorization on your card before the charge settles. This is normal and will disappear if the order does not complete.

• Payment method used

5. Cancellations & Changes

• If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@koriderm.com.
• If the order has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible — you would need to follow our Refund Policy.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe a charge on your card is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it. If you file a dispute (chargeback) with your bank without contacting us, this may delay your refund or resolution.
