1. General Information
At Koriderm, we strive to deliver your products accurately and on time. We offer Free Insured & Tracked International Shipping on all orders.
2. Order Processing (Handling Time)
- Handling Time: 1 Business Day (Monday – Friday).
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- Processing Days: We process orders Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or US public holidays.
3. Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)
Please note that the "Total Delivery Time" is the combination of our handling time and the carrier's transit time.

While we aim for these timeframes, unforeseen carrier delays or high-volume periods (like holidays) may extend delivery slightly.
4. Shipping Origin & Customs
To ensure product availability and competitive pricing, we fulfill orders from our warehouses located in the United States and PRC (China). The location your package ships from depends on current stock levels and your delivery address.
Customs & Duties:
Koriderm operates on a "Delivered Duty Paid" (DDP) basis for most regions. This means all applicable customs fees and import duties are pre-paid by us. You should not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. If a carrier attempts to charge you duties, please contact us immediately.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
- Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update in the carrier's system.
- You can track your order directly via the link provided in your email.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Damaged: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@koriderm.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
- Lost: If the tracking states "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check around your property and with neighbors. If it is still missing after 3 business days, contact us for assistance.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
You may cancel or modify your order before it has been dispatched (usually within 12 hours of placing the order). Once the item has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot cancel the shipment. In this case, you must wait for the item to arrive and proceed with a return.
