Subscription Option
Certain Koriderm products may be offered as either a one-time purchase or through a “Subscribe & Save” or "Save X% with Automatic Refils, Cancel Anytime" subscription.
The “Subscribe & Save” option may be displayed as the default selection on a product page. You can switch to the “One-Time Purchase” option before adding the product to your cart.
If you are purchasing a subscription, the checkout process will clearly state that your purchase is a subscription.
Please review your purchase selection and order summary carefully before submitting your order.
How Billing Works
By affirmatively enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Koriderm to charge your selected payment method automatically at the price and frequency disclosed during checkout, plus applicable taxes and disclosed shipping charges.
Your subscription continues until you cancel it. Each renewal order will generally contain the same product and quantity selected when you started the subscription, unless you modify your subscription before the applicable renewal deadline.
Prices may change where permitted by law. If the price of your subscription changes, Koriderm will provide advance notice when required and give you an opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.
Standard processing and shipping times apply after each successful renewal charge.
Confirmation & Reminders
After enrolling, you will receive an email confirming your subscription details, including the products selected, price, billing or delivery frequency, and upcoming renewal date.
Before each recurring charge, Koriderm will send a reminder to the email address associated with your account. The reminder will include the anticipated charge amount, renewal date, and instructions for managing or cancelling your subscription.
You are responsible for keeping your email address, payment information, and shipping address current.
Managing Your Subscription
Through the Koriderm subscription management portal, where available, you may:
- Skip an upcoming order;
- Change your delivery frequency;
- Update your payment information;
- Update your shipping address; or
- Cancel your subscription.
Changes must be completed before the deadline shown in your account or renewal reminder to apply to the upcoming order.
How to Cancel
You may cancel your Koriderm subscription at any time without a cancellation fee or long-term commitment by:
- Using the subscription management portal: Visit koriderm.com and select the “Subscription Management” tab. Sign in using the email address associated with your order to view, modify, or cancel your subscription.
- Following the “Manage Your Subscription” link in a subscription or billing email; or
- Contacting Koriderm at info@koriderm.com.
To prevent an upcoming renewal charge, your cancellation request must be received at least 24 hours before the renewal date and time displayed in your account or renewal reminder.
We will send confirmation after your cancellation has been processed. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel an order that has already passed the disclosed cancellation deadline.
If your cancellation request is received after that deadline, the upcoming order may already be processing and may not be eligible for cancellation or a change-of-mind refund.
Koriderm will nevertheless provide an appropriate refund, replacement, or other remedy if:
- You cancelled before the disclosed deadline but were charged afterward;
- The charge was unauthorized or made in error;
- You were charged earlier than the disclosed renewal date;
- The order was damaged, defective, incorrect, lost, or not delivered; or
- A remedy is required by applicable law.
Returns and refunds for orders that have already been processed or shipped are handled under Koriderm’s Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy.
The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to your first qualifying Koriderm order. It does not apply to subsequent subscription renewal orders, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, Koriderm may notify you and retry the payment method associated with your subscription.
If payment cannot be collected, Koriderm may pause or cancel the subscription. No renewal order will be shipped unless payment is successfully completed.
